All prices are in US dollars (USD) and include shipping within the United States. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment has completed.
We ship to addresses in the United States only. Orders are sent from US warehouses of our fulfillment partner. Processing takes 1-3 business days and delivery usually 3-8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Your order confirmation and receipt come from Stripe by email. We do not provide tracking numbers.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges because you changed your mind, the item does not suit you, or you ordered the wrong size or option. Please check the product page carefully before you buy.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, is not the item you ordered, or never arrives, email us within 30 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) with your order number and, for damage or defects, a photo. We will then replace the item or refund you in full, at no cost to you. Depending on the case, we may ask you to send the item back or let you keep it. Please do not send anything back unless we ask you to.
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Email us as soon as possible with your order details.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected order.
